Im running into an issue where it's telling me that I don't have any internet connection, when I clearly have internet connection, and when all of our other services are working.

I'm not sure I understand why the log-in procedure needed to change and seems more time-consuming than previously. Regardless, when I have logged out of proclaim, why does the next person who opens the program have an option to "authorize" a return to my log-in?
Our church uses the NRSV translation in our pew bibles as well as in our slides. Why is this version no longer available in Proclaim?

I saw that there was an update in Proclaim with the new smart click behavior in the timeline preview. I'm not sure if this is going to benefit our team—is there any way to simply turn this feature on or off?
